'Nipaguard Zero' blends from Clariant
Clariant is introducing four new preservative blends based on the renewable Veslan SC synergistic booster, which the company states will "efficiently protect your formulation".
The products offer high efficacy for leave-on formulations at pH 6.5, and are apparently superior to parabens for rinse-off formulations at low pH (and comparable to parabens for leave-on ones).
The blends are Ecocert approved, meaning they meet the standards of the organic certification organization.
