Lisse create first hydrogen mask
Korean premium beauty care producer, Lisse, has released the country’s first hydrogen-filled rejuvenation mask.

Releasing its premium Real Hydrogen Rejuvenate Mask, Lisse has applied its patented hydrogen production technology Active Hydrogen Hydroxyl System (AHHS) to create a mask using hydrogen water.

The Korea-based leading cosmetics creator uses its patented AHHS system to separate H2 and O2 in water safely and efficiently. As part of this process, it effectively diffuses hydrogen element into the water molecules.

With APAC consumers continuing to look for skin care solutions that assist high-frequency problems such as skin ageing, skin cancer and wrinkles, Lisse aims to remove Oxygen Free Radical, which enters the body during inhalation.

Why Hydrogen?

“Korea’s first ever hydrogen facial mask that will remove all the toxic Oxygen Free Radicals from skin cells...successfully works to moisturise your delicate skin and prevent skin ageing or other related issues,” announced Lisse in a recent press release.

“With our mask, you will have microscopic moisture filling up your skin cells from deep within and we assure a fast breezy calming effect which is not viable with existing masks”, stated a leading spokesperson from Lisse’s team.

Popular in Japan, hydrogen water is known as an antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and moisturising agent.

Multi-benefits maximise marketing

The Lisse Real Hydrogen Rejuvenate Mask markets itself as a “one-stop solution in your fights for skin moisturising, whitening, firming pack” which includes KFDA-certified ingredients such as adenosine to remove skin wrinkles and Niacinamide to improve skin whitening.

“We have used platinum-plated titanium module to fill up high-density hydrogen into our mask packs… that is designed to enhance sensitive skin, relieving it of the problems of acne and atopic skin,” added the spokesperson.

Natural niche

Highlighting the importance of the natural ingredients sector within cosmetics, Lisse’s latest hydration mask includes extracts of tea tree leaf, scutellaria baicalensis (gold), chamaecyparis obtusa leaf , yersba mate leaf, equisetum arvense and ligustrum japonicum fruit.

In addition, Lisse states that unlike typical face masks, the Real Hydrogen Rejuvenate Mask is free from harmful ingredients such as surfactant, alcohol, paraben, mineral oil, methyl paraben and phenoxyethanol.

“We have used a highly advanced face mask sheet for our latest product that eliminates the usual troubles with existent mask sheets like sagging or ripping.”
