Lancer Skincare enters Asia with Luxasia partnership
Singapore-based Luxasia inks a deal with Hollywood favourite Lancer Skincare to distribute the luxury line across Asia-Pacific and help the brand grow its international presence.

The partnership will allow Lancer Skincare to tap into Luxasia’s extensive network across Asia, opening doors for the Beverly Hills brand to the region.

Luxasia retail presence extends to 15 countries in Asia-Pacific including Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and Myanmar.

Increasing global demand

In October last year, Lancer Skincare collaborated with Apotheca Beauty to launch its products in the Middle East with the aim of expanding its international presence.

The new partnership with Luxasia indicates that demand for Lancer Skincare is continuing to rise overseas, and Asia-Pacific is a strategic location for the brand to continue growing its international footprint, said Lancer Skincare CEO Tracy Sameyah.

According to data and analytics company GlobalData, the Asia-Pacific region will continue to be the largest skin care market through 2022 and is expected to be worth $90.9bn.

APAC expertise

As the leading omni-channel partner for beauty and lifestyle brand distribution, retail, and e-commerce in Asia Pacific, Luxasia’s experience and expertise in the market will undoubtedly benefit the US skin care brand.

“In partnering with Luxasia, we believe we have a solid, synergistic and unified vision to elevate Lancer Skincare to new heights,” said Sameyah.

Luxasia currently distributes 150 beauty and luxury beauty and lifestyle brands, including La Prairie, Diptyque, Burberry Beauty, and By Terry.

“With the growing demand for high-quality skin care products amongst increasingly affluent consumers in Asia Pacific, Luxasia's omni-channel brand distribution model gives Lancer Skincare's premium range of products extensive market penetration to establish its brand,” agreed Country Manager of Luxasia Singapore, Karen Ong.

Ong added that Lancer Skincare will be made available through the company’s luxury beauty store Escentials. “Through Escentials, our label for carefully curated and niche beauty products for the discerning, we are excited to make Lancer Skincare products easily available to consumers in Asia Pacific."

Made-in-Hollywood

A favourite of Hollywood elites like Ellen Degeneres, Ryan Seacrest and Kim Kardashian, Lancer Skincare is the brainchild of dermatologists Dr Harold Lancer.

Apart from his famous clientele, Dr Lancer is also known for The Lancer Method, a skincare system that works by influencing the skin’s natural regenerative cycle and lessens the impact of ageing.

"We own a unique positioning in the market place, with the innovations of a practising and world-renowned dermatologist at our helm and emanating from our ultra-prestigious medical practice Lancer Rx Dermatology,” shares Sameyah. “Fueled by the global cult-following of A-list celebrities and the world's most famous faces, Lancer Skincare delivers real-results powered by ingredients and technology they can trust.”
