Shiseido launches Tsubaki hair care line in Russian market
As part of plans to extend its footprint outside the domestic market in Japan, Shiseido has launched the Tsubaki hair care line into the Russian market this month.

New lab opens to advance the development of silicones for cosmetics
Japan-based chemicals player Shin-Etsu has opened up a cosmetic application laboratory in New Jersey aimed at advancing the development of new silicone raw materials and formulations.
