As well as comparing product performance, the webinar will look at how value-orientated retailers have faired in the current market conditions, as well the latest changes in consumer spending patterns.

Anti-aging specialty actives

Kline will broadcast its webinar Anti-aging Remains Key for Specialty Actives on Wednesday July 27 at 9am, which will be presented by Anna Ibbotson.

This session will focus on how functional activity has become a promotional point for skin care, especially anti-aging products, and how this is being fed by an increasingly diverse array of ingredients focusing on areas as diverse as the naturals trends and biotechnology.

On the same days as the webinar on anti-aging actives, Kline will be holding another entitled Natural OTCs and Private-label OTCs Thrive in 2010, held at 11am and presented by Laura Mahecha.

This session will look at how price-conscious consumers turned to private-label OTCs during the course of 2010 and also how the market for natural OTCs is becoming a threat for traditional OTCs.
