Without question, Korea and Japan have the longest beauty routines in the world.

Seekers of perfect skin have recently been introduced to devices that make that regime easier or indeed work with a cosmetic product to achieve professional results.

According to our regional expert Florence Bernardin, rather than going to beauty salons, many women are now buying these devices to save money and time and the market figures for the segment represents this, having grown by 26% in 2015.

Here, Bernardin reveals some of the best innovations in Japan and Korea and explains that purification is the number one requirement of consumers in these countries.
