Don’t forget to register for our free Beauty Forward 2024 digital summit, which is set to take place between 29th – 31st January 2024.

You won’t want to miss this opportunity to join CosmeticsDesign as we examine the evolving concept of beauty for the next generation and explore the impact of emerging trends and technologies on the industry.

We will decode the future of beauty alongside a host of experts from some of the world’s most established beauty businesses, as well as some of the most disruptive startups.

Some new additions to the line-up include…

  • Digital, E-commerce & CRM Director for Southeast Asia at Coty, Katia Darde, who is responsible for driving omnichannel transformation and e-commerce growth across more than 15 brands, including Gucci, Burberry, Chloe, and Hugo Boss. Since joining Coty in mid-2021, Darde has fearlessly spearheaded her team to engineer robust digital and e-commerce strategies. One of her recent achievements includes launching Coty's largest digital flagship stores in South East Asia for the Hugo Boss & Marc Jacobs Fragrances on LazMall, resulting in increased online revenue growth.
  • Trend Forecaster and Futurist Melissa Hago. As an industry insider, Hago is constantly exposed to the latest innovations and trends working closely with brands and companies guiding them on product development by providing cultural movements, consumer behaviour and key beauty and wellness shifts. She's an avid public speaker and has been quoted as an industry expert in publications such as Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Dazed Beauty, Nylon, Beauty Matter, and more.

In Europe

  • Dr Magali Moreau, Deputy Domain Leader – Advanced Research at L'Oréal R&I. Dr Moreau oversees the microbiome laboratories in France and is deputy domain leader for the discovery program at L’Oréal R&I. She thrives in translating scientific discoveries in the field of microbe-host interaction into products that make an impact on people’s wellbeing. For the past six years, she has placed particular emphasis on the realm of microbiome science and her research projects have contributed to knowledge and testing of concept for eczema, acne, sensitive skin and cleansing.

And in the Americas

  • Speaking on the latest hair care trends, we’ll be joined by Helena Gibson, Founder and CEO of Strut Hair Solutions, Inc. and Unveil Hair Care. Gibson is an award-winning entrepreneur, host of The 7-Figure Salon Academy podcast, and an expert in hair care and wellness. She will share her expertise regarding the current and future US hair care consumer, ingredient and product formulation trends, and advice for companies looking to innovate within the hair care industry.
  • And finally, with a following of over 360,000 on Instagram, Mad Rabbit Tattoo is a skin care industry disruptor to watch. We’ll be joined by SVP of Marketing Erin Murray to discuss Ingredient Sustainability, including how the company recently reformulated its product line to be completely vegan, the impact that social media has made on the sustainable skin care space, and other factors she anticipates will shape sustainable ingredients in cosmetics and personal care products in the future.

These experts will join an all-star line-up that already includes:

  • Johanna Monange, founder of Maison 21G
  • Xiang Wen Hong, Global Senior Director at Kenvue
  • Jayn Sterland, managing director at Weleda in the UK.
