Luxury and forward-thinking packaging at Luxe Pack Shanghai 2018
The 11th edition of Luxe Pack Shanghai will welcome visitors at the Shanghai Exhibition Centre on 11-12 April 2018.
Tipped as a leading creative packaging event in Asia, the 200 packaging experts expected to attend this year’s event can find out the latest packaging and sustainability updates.
Over a quarter of these exhibitors will be new to the Shanghai-featured event. These 57 attendees will showcase their knowledge and experience in a range of contemporary of packaging and technology options including metal packaging, glass makers, all-in-one plastics companies, high end cases suppliers, new plastic packaging material, smart packaging, design software, new technologies in labelling and printing, finishing operations, ribbons and point of sale systems (POS).
Packaging trends in 2018
High on the agenda at the 2018 installment will be key considerations in luxury and forward-thinking design including packaging and nature, the customisation wave, material driven design and new material solutions, and cross-fertilisation.
The event will also look at emerging consumers, how to break the rules, how to create desire and seduce luxury consumers, along with how to bring a holistic experience to consumer through packaging.
Make up first
Packaging professionals in Asia and from around the globe will also gain insights from MakeUp in Shanghai, a professional makeup show which will share the platform with Luxe Pack Shanghai.
For the first time, the big beauty name aims to collect the most innovative, creative and cutting-edge products from ingredients to formulation, make up packaging and full service.
Siva students will present the most up to date technologies and findings in its ‘Innovation & Surprise’ sector. Luxe Pack Innovative Materials by neunimatériÓ, Luxe Pack trends incubator by centdegres, the Luxe Pack innovation wall and Luxe Pack in Green will demonstrate the most cutting-edge developments in packaging in 2018.
